Inauguration Ceremony

Venue: CYM 303 Theatre
Being the first function of our session, its aim is to present the executive committee to other bodies, introduce our functions throughout the year and communicate with other representatives of other universities.
The format of this inauguration gathering is different from ordinary inauguration ceremonies of other societies. The dress code is causal. Videos and PowerPoint about our society, the executive members, and the preview of functions will be played. Refreshments will be provided. All these means are aimed at introducing our society and executive members in a relaxed way and thus to achieve a more effective communication with all our guests.
